  6. Dish up onto plates and add tomatoes, pine nuts, salt and pepper to season and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!.

The beans are partly cooked in the tomato sauce and so they absorb the flavour of the sauce. A great way to get the kids to eat their greens! Drain really well, toss with the pesto and season well.
